Villa in a secure estate in Mougins

In a closed estate a few minutes from the charming village of Mougins, a house of approx. 230 m2 on a plot of approx. 1700 m2, entirely renovated in 2019 with great taste.
Just a few steps away is the house in which Pablo Picasso lived from 1961 onwards, le Château de Vie.

The house is on 3 levels: the lower floor is the main entrance to the house, with piano and rowing machine, and opens onto a laundry room.
Climb the staircase and you'll find yourself in a large, light-filled living room with high ceilings. The large bay windows open onto a first terrace, allowing you to admire the magnificent views over Mougins village and the surrounding mountains, including the Massif de l’Esterel.
The living room features a cosy sitting area with several sofas and wooden tables, and opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen (Bosch, Siemens). From the kitchen, you can access another terrace.
The house sleeps 8 with its 4 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and large closets. 1 bedroom on the second floor, on the same level as the living room, and the remaining 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
On the 2nd floor, a second mezzanine living room with television. The house is air-conditioned.
Outside, you can enjoy the large swimming pool, a dining area with garden furniture and barbecue/plancha. Behind the house, several terraces and fruit trees.
