From the kitchen, you have direct access to a terrace with a dining area for up to 10 people. The breathtaking view over the pool and the small island of Cabrera creates a special ambience. The villa also has 5 double bedrooms with adjoining en-suite bathrooms, all equipped with exclusive built-in wardrobes from Poliform, private safes and smart TVs. For sports enthusiasts, a fully equipped fitness room with high-quality training equipment awaits in the basement. On a lawn area of 5000 square metres, there are almost endless possibilities for sport, relaxation or enjoyment. In addition to the 13 x 25 metre sand court for beach volleyball, tennis or football fans, you can also play table tennis and boccia, meditate in nature or do your morning yoga routine in the middle of this little oasis. Children have their own floodlit adventure playground with climbing frame, slide and swing.
