Spectacular villa in Sa Caleta

This spectacular villa is only a few minutes away from Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal.

After spending a day in the sun or an evening with friends in the trendy locals, you arrive at this villa which is a haven of peace.

The flat garden with natural grass and the emerald tiled swimming pool give access to a property full of light and tranquillity.

The main house has a small porch with a table that gives access to a living-dining-kitchen area, in an L-shape that gives a few small corners so that everyone can be at their own pace or join in at any time. A gymnasium for the more sporty ones.

On the ground floor there is an en-suite bedroom and on the upper floor there are two more. One of them is the master suite with bath and shower, with a fantastic private terrace.

All the bedrooms have fantastic views of the garden and the sea can be seen in the distance from the upper floor.

A few metres away is a small one-storey cottage with stone walls. At the entrance there is an outside space with a table, a living-dining room with large windows and a separate kitchen. There are two en-suite bedrooms.

Outside there is plenty of space to leave cars.
