In Vence, in the heart of a green and preserved environment, this elegant stone villa of about 430 m², built on a landscaped plot of about 6,060 m², enjoys an exceptional panorama over the Mediterranean, the hills and the mountains, with the majestic Baou de Saint-Jeannet and Château Saint-Martin in the backdrop.

This character villa is charming with its noble materials, generous volumes and decoration inspired by Scandinavian style, both clean, elegant and warm. Bathed in natural light, it offers a soft and refined atmosphere in each of its rooms. Spread over three levels, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The entrance level includes three en-suite bedrooms with private bathrooms.

On the lower floor, a large living room, an open kitchen and a dining area open onto the terrace and pool, facing an exceptional panorama.

One level below, two independent spaces also benefit from a panoramic view.
Each includes a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom. A gym and a large TV lounge complete this level.

Outside, a landscaped garden surrounds the 14 x 6 meter pool, its terraces, a barbecue area and a pool house with shower and toilets.

Fully air-conditioned, the property offers a privileged setting for a stay on the French Riviera.
