Built around 1850, the stone farmhouse has been entirely rethought as a true collector's house. Its Provençal architecture dialogue with a selection of historic and contemporary furniture, in a universe where natural materials, sober lines, and attention to detail respond to each other.

The ground floor features a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, a bar opening onto the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floors host three bedrooms, including a master suite of 48 m² with bedroom, office, and bathroom.

The Clos also includes an independent cottage with two additional bedrooms, a shower room, a summer kitchen, a gym, and a sauna.

To extend the experience, the property can be rented with the Maison Prouvé 58, designed in 1958 by Jean Prouvé and his son Claude, and installed in the heart of the park.

The decoration pays homage to the Supports/Surfaces movement, a major current of French art in the 1970s. The spaces are punctuated with works by Claude Viallat, Noël Dolla, Patrick Saytour, Jean-Pierre Arnal, and Daniel Dezeuze, from the Collection Fondation CAB.
