Finca Sant Jaume is a beautiful finca with a typical Minorcan country house located less than 1 km from the beach of Son Bou and 5 km from Alaior, where you can do your shopping and find all kinds of services. Mahon and its port are less than 15 minutes away by car.

Exterior:
The property is in the countryside, which guarantees privacy and tranquility. Next to the entrance of the house there is a fenced area with a seesaw, and then there is the pool area, surrounded by a terrace floor, where there is also a pergola with table and chairs and a barbecue. Next to it there is a large lawn area with natural shade. From the kitchen there is also access to an area with table and chairs and a large umbrella.

Interior:
The house has maintained the original layout and is divided into two floors:

First floor: distribution hall, living/dining room, kitchen with table, 1 double bedroom (1.50m) with air conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom (with two different units for bath and shower), 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, and laundry room.

This rental does not accept groups of young people under 25 years old.
