The villa has an indoor pool and Spa, as well as an outdoor area with infinity pool overlooking the golf course.

The villa develops from the dissolution of its architecture in its natural environment, as a growing piece or a sequence of elements that can be found in nature. Its volumes are arranged on the terrain following a slight slope, allowing the permeable volumetry to transform into a kind of natural tier. its program is composed of unique and functional spaces. in addition, the volumetric set unfolds into different pieces, generating full and empty spaces that give rise to patios, gardens, terraces, bridges and water mirrors, in short, a place of many places.

Accesses and garden
The accesses for vehicles and users, as well as the terraces and pools of this composition follow the continuity of the drawings that the architecture itself provides, being these contemplative walks the ones that prepare and connect the user with the architecture and its exterior landscape.

First floor
A large hall is at the heart of this villa. The main area houses a dining room open to the garden with views over the pool. Through large glass windows, its views provide an integral connection to the whole. A long covered terrace is generated under the upper floor, which is supported at only two points. At the intersection with the volume of the hall is located the communication core and at one end of the plot, a compact service area is located.

Second floor
The night area of this villa is located in the solid volume at the level of the second floor. A circulation along the volume connects the rooms that have elevated views over the plot through a discreet longitudinal opening.

Basement floor
The basement of this villa offers uses that go beyond housing: garage, facilities, indoor pool, multipurpose room, office, terraces and outdoor pool. Due to the implantation that takes advantage of the unevenness of the terrain, its rooms benefit from natural lighting and a scenography of the landscape.

It is an architecture and design studio based in Valencia, formed by a large multidisciplinary group of professionals, and that performs residential, cultural, corporate or public projects at international level.
