Song of Songs is the first yacht built on the Asteria 139 platform, the result of a collaboration between Heysea Yachts and VYD Studio. At 42.2 metres and 431GT, she offers substantial interior volume and adaptable deck spaces, including a generous bow lounge, a beach club, and an impressive owner’s suite with an aft-facing private terrace. With a layout and specification designed to serve both private and charter use, Song of Songs is a yacht that hits all the right notes.Song of Songs’ exterior spaces unfold across three decks and are arranged for maximum enjoyment at sea. At the waterline, a generous swim platform connects to a beach club enclosed by double glass doors, complete with lounge seating and a bar. An integrated transformer platform expands the usable space by the water and serves multiple functions, from guest boarding and provisioning to water toy launch.On the main deck aft, two coffee tables can be extended and joined to create a shaded al fresco dining arrangement. Glass sliding doors offer a seamless transition to the main salon, while wide side decks lead forward to a Portuguese bridge fitted with sunpads and a Jacuzzi, which can be shaded by an awning.The sun deck is the largest open-air space on board, arranged for flexible use throughout the day. A hardtop shelters the dining table, American-style bar, and BBQ, while the aft section remains open for freestanding furniture or gym equipment.A calm, contemporary aesthetic carries through the interior, with light oak joinery, plush carpets, and a restrained palette accented by hammered metals. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass bulwarks invite an abundance of natural into the main salon, which is arranged with an L-shaped sofa and bar. A central entertainment unit provides subtle separation from the formal dining area forward, where ten guests are seated beneath a glass chandelier. Full height sliding doors on either side open onto the side decks and further enhance the sense of light and space.Twelve guests are accommodated across six cabins. The owner’s suite occupies the principal space on the upper deck with an office, walk-in wardrobe, marble en suite and access to a private aft terrace that can be configured with daybeds, loungers, or a dining setup. A second master suite sits forward on the main deck with a king-size bed and generous storage, and on the lower deck, three VIP cabins and one convertible double provide flexibility for family or charter groups. Seven crew are accommodated in separate quarters.With twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines, Song of Songs delivers a top speed of 19 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 14 knots. Her semi-displacement hull ensures smooth, stable passages, while a fuel capacity of 26,300 litres provides a range of 2,000 nautical miles at cruising speed. A 120KVA Kohler generator supports onboard systems, and fuel consumption averages 320 litres per hour underway.
