PAL 1550 VILLAGE RESORT

PAL 1550 VILLAGE RESORT is located in one of the most beautiful and preserved valleys of Andorra, at the foot of the slopes of Pal-Arinsal.

The stunning natural environment that surrounds this project has marked its design that combines contemporary architecture while reminiscent of high mountain lodges, giving a feeling of great warmth.

The project consists of several buildings that maintain the same aesthetics and volumes on the outside, offering different types of housing, with large windows with views that bring great luminosity to their interiors.

We offer apartments, townhouses and detached villas from 2 to 5 bedrooms. All units have a terrace or garden, facing south and with views.

This Village Resort also offers its residents outdoor common areas that include large and well-kept gardens, shopping areas, restaurant, cafeteria, as well as a wellness area with a swimming pool, fitness room, sauna and Turkish bath. Thus offering its guests relaxation spaces after a day of skiing or other activities in the middle of nature, such as hiking.

The development of the whole project is planned in different phases and currently the 1st phase of construction has started, destined to the apartments, with delivery expected in the second trimester of 2025.

We offer apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms with great qualities, all of them with a home automation system being able to control security, air conditioning, lighting and blinds. Following the spirit of sustainability, the homes have an aerothermal heating system with underfloor heating. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped.
