The official name of the promenade is Avenida Gabriel Roca, after the chief engineer of Palma’s port between 1940 and 1962. Every Spring the port hosts the Palma Superyacht Show, showcasing some of the most amazing yachts on the market. On the Paseo you also find the Es Baluard, the Contemporary Art Museum, with interesting exhibitions and events.
