This imposing and historical Belle Époque villa with private access to the sea will make your stay for the least memorable!
The Villa was built in 1905 and is located in a quiet and discreet area in Cap d'AIl.
The last owner was his highness Prince Henry II of Reuss. He was the direct grand nephew of the late German Emperor Wilhelm II. According to that heritage this wonderfully located villa used to be the winter escape of the imperial family.
The villa has seen many famous guests such as members of the Dutch Royal family and the Windsors.
With a living area of approximately 580 m² on 3 levels, it has 6 bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a magnificent swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
Despite some modernization, it is the antique furniture and the noble bathrooms that keep the spirit of those wonderful former days on the Côte d’Azur alive.
