Work Philosophy

We value our staff by encouraging them to develop their personal and professional aptitudes. To do this, each of them has:

specific work objectives which are regularly assessed and updated;
appropriate training supplemented by ongoing regular internal training activity;
the autonomy that they need to carry out their roles by taking the initiative and making the decisions they need to;
a right to make mistakes, as long as the principles of good faith are followed;
